“Nice house, great location, but no air conditioning”
“The house was nice and clean. It was warm when we arrived. We contacted the office the next day and they sent someone out to look at the air conditioning. It still hot the next day so they moved us at their expense and were very apologetic. We had a very nice stay and always enjoy the island. We appreciate the efforts that Island Real Estate went to to make our stay enjoyable.”
