Did I say 5 foot waterfall, oops, I meant to say a 6 foot waterfall!! The one, two, & three bedroom cottages are only a block and a half to the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. Just a short stroll West down a side street and across Gulf Drive will get you to the Gulf of Mexico Beach in less than 5 minutes.

Each ground level cottage has parking for two with a private to semi-private courtyard for enjoying the sun in Florida. Fully equipped kitchens, flat screen televisions in the living areas, DVD, Wireless internet, Washer & Dryer, a shared barbecue, and yes, a very large heated pool equipped with a waterfall normally seen at large Disney like resorts.

In the off season (August – January) most weeks Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island, inc. will allow for three night minimum rentals and in the high season they prefer Saturday to Saturday stays although it is not mandatory. The rate
