My previous work in Corporate America was taking over unprofitable manufacturing   plants and to use leverage points to quickly turn around the situation to profitability.  The key to a successful Anna Maria Island Real Estate investment is understand leverage points for future buyers as well as what location and amenities will maximize rental income.

In 2005 I began my new career in Anna Maria Island Real property investing by leading Island Real Estate vacation rentals from 85 properties to more than 250 strong.  It is my continued leadership as the vice president at Island Real Estate that allows me to continue to stay abreast of renting trends.

Since 1993 I have personally invested in Anna Maria Island Real Estate as a property investor.  I continue to own several vacation rentals which allows me to speak first hand about my own experiences as a property investor.  In addition, much of my ownership occurred as an absentee owner living in Colorado, Rhode Island and Europe.

I have completed four significant renovations on my personal Anna Maria Island Investment property.  Most recently, I purchased a bank owned property and acted as the general contractor. I understand first hand rate of returns, qualified vendors, risks involving Bank owned properties (REO), as well as risks involved with taking on large projects and the costs incurred due to off-site facilitation.
